What happens if my renewal fails?

In some cases, if your payment fails we will show you an error page to contact customer services, who can help you finalise payment.

If this error happens for your auto-renewal, we will send you an email with steps to contact us.

Otherwise, we will grace you your membership whilst we contact you about paying the cost for the membership.

Please also check your emails and spam folders, as communications can be sent for successful and failures for payments.
